Fig Tree Court comprises 14 high quality apartments within the grounds of The Larches - a Care Home in Tiverton, Devon. The development provides a safe, secure environment for the retired and over 55's community but with the benefit of independence.
Within Fig Tree Court there are well-lit seating areas and a communal landing room to spend time with your neighbours.
Each apartment has been built and fitted to a high standard with lift access to all floors. The apartments are arranged over three floors, most boasting views across the Grand Western Canal, Tiverton and surrounding countryside.
All kitchens are fitted with a range of overhead and ground level cupboards, drawer units and work top surfaces and incorporate stainless steel sink units, built-in microwaves, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge and freezer. All bathrooms have walk-in shower cubicles, WC and sink and are fully tiled.
What's more, if the time ever arises when you are in need of additional help, Fig Tree Court residents are able to purchase a range of care packages and meal services. Also there is a 24 hour call system for emergency care and internal telephone and video door entry system provide a sense of security.
